CELPIP Test scores are available online through your CELPIP Account
You can access their CELPIP Test scores online in 4 – 5 calendar days after the test date.
- You will receive an email notification once your scores are available
- Your CELPIP Official Score Report will be available for download as a PDF once the scores have been posted
- Your CELPIP Test scores can be accessed and viewed online in your CELPIP Account for a period of 2 years from your test date

Writing:
Content/ Coherence: Number of ideas, Quality of ideas, Organization of ideas and examples and supporting details.
Vocabulary: Word choice, suitable use of words and phrases, range of words and phrases, precision and accuracy
Readability: Format and paragraphing, connectors and transitions, grammar and sentence structure, spelling and punctuation.
Task Fulfillment: Relevance, Completeness, Tone, and Word count
Speaking:
Content/ Coherence: Number of ideas, Quality of ideas, Organization of ideas and examples and supporting details.
Vocabulary: Word choice, Precision and Accuracy, Range of words and phrases, Suitable use of words and phrases.
Listenability: Rhythm, pronunciation, and intonation, pauses, interjections, and self-corrections, grammar and sentence structures, variety of sentence structure.
Task Fulfillment: Relevance, Completeness, Tone, and length
Important Points to Know
Valid Photo Identification
- Your identification document must be the same one you used to register for the test. It must match the registration details you entered during registration, including full name and document number.
- Your identification document must be original. Photocopies or scans of identification are not acceptable.
- Your identification document must be valid in order for it to be accepted. Invalid identification documents must be renewed before registering for a test.
Test Confirmation Email
- Once registered, you will be emailed a test confirmation email. Make sure to bring a digital or print copy of the email with you to the test sitting.
- Registration Number
- Your test confirmation email will include your test registration number.
- Check the name on the test confirmation email to make sure that it is spelled exactly the same as on your identification.
Check-in
- You must arrive 45 MINUTES prior to your test. Latecomers will be denied entrance to the test and will NOT be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Check-in for your test closes 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive after this time, you will be denied entrance to the CELPIP Test and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer
- You must bring the original, valid identification that you used to register for the test. If you do not have valid identification, you will not be allowed to take the test.
- It is recommended that you use the washroom before checking in.
- Your original, valid photo identification will be scanned.
- You will be asked for your signature.
- You will have your picture taken. For this picture, your face must be fully visible. You will be asked to remove anything on your head unless worn for religious or medical purposes. If you refuse, you may be denied entrance to the test and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. The picture will be printed on your score report.
- If you show any possible symptoms—such as a cough, sneeze, runny nose, or fever—we reserve the right to ask you to leave the test,regardless of the severity or cause of the symptoms
Prohibited Behaviour
- Removing, or attempting to remove, test materials from the test room
- Behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, or violent manner
- Attempting to communicate in any way with another test taker
- Using prohibited materials during the test
- Failing to follow the test day procedures set out by the test centre personnel
- Eating or drinking in the test room, including chewing gum
- Consuming any form of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs
